El Dorado hotel has an excellent location, close to all mainly attractions of Iquitos. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable about how to make feel comfortable the guests. Elger, is one of the front desk staff and has an excellent skill of customer service. Since the first day he was very polite and friendly and knows how to do his job. The breakfast was very good.

Our stay was amazing! Fantastic location. But the best part was the staff. They are extremely accommodating and helped us out a lot. Amazing service. The rooms were lovely, exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend choosing this location to stay in Iquitos. It is worth every penny. Thank you to the female staff member who helped us out with out flights.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful sorting out unexpected problems like taxi to another hotel in another city I was to travel afterwards. My Spanish is very basic, they called the other hotel on my behalf and translated what I needed. A walking distance to the shopping centre with nice restaurants and the beach with surfing courses available ad hoc.

Friendly staff, easy check in, staff is very helpful. Beautiful pool area with tables & bar. Excellent value and felt safe. Most of Iquitos does not feel safe for tourists.
